Goals for 2008

Setting goals is important if you are in an MLM. If you have a target, something you are striving for, it gives you a direction to head. Otherwise you basically are flailing your arms wildly and getting no where.

Types of Goals

Where do you see yourself in business? Is there a specific award you'd like to earn? Is there a trip you are striving towards? Do you need to reach a certain income level so you can quit your job? Set goals to help you reach your desires, ignite the passion within. Start with smaller goals that are easily reached such as....

• Set a number of people to speak to daily (or weekly).
• Decide to pass out 3 business cards daily.
• Invite new prospects to your opportunity meetings and trainings
  
• Invite at 3 people per day to join Sitewealth Marketing Club. (Optional)
  

Cater those goals to your type of business you are in. I have a wealth building system, so of course I cater the goals toward help people achieve online wealth and the types of product we offer.

Next set larger goals, goals you want to reach but may not be as readily achieved. More effort...

• Set a number of people you'd like to sponsor monthly.
• Figure out how much money you'd like to make monthly and do the math to see how to get there.

Next reach for the stars, these goals can be long term goals that you start dreaming about NOW.

• To be able to help other families achieve online success in 2009.
• Reach a top level within your company by end of 2008.

The KEY to success...

Is BELIEVING you CAN reach your goals and follow a SYSTEM of operation!

Many my goals are vaguely outlined in the posts contained within the SiS Sisters in Success Professional Networking group. But my businesses are so diverse it would take almost an hour to try to formulate them all.

I'll just say, My optimal goal is to help people move their businesses to a position of prominence by solving the marketing piece of promoting websites, products, etc.

I plan to reach that objective through the members support and participation. That's all I can really say now, but stick close this is networking revolutionalized! Enjoy the Ride

I think this is a great idea John...

For us all to sit and work out our goals. Also a great time to meditate on them with it being the start of a new marketing year. so I think goal...
1.. Is to rid myself of all the programs that have gone stale and are not going anywhere.
2... Is to try to help as many people as possible to get to were they want to be online.
3... Is to learn as much as possible about the programs that we have and work them as best as we can.

My goals are first, to complete the video training course that I have been working on for my downline members. So many people say they will "train" you if you join their opportunity and you end up with abstract tips and the opportunity to spend more money on more "training."

I believe that as a sponsor, you owe it to your new recruit to give them a step by step plan of action that outlines what you do personally to achieve your business building goals. That is the right way to build and what the network marketing industry is all about, not holding on to your closely guarded secrets and letting your downline flounder and end up quitting.

My other goal is to continue to strive toward my 2 year plan to become a millionaire. I can see it in my future and I will get there by developing my leadership skills and in turn, rising up new leaders in my organization. I want to get to the point where my 12 year old son will never have to want for anything in his lifetime. I grew up in poverty and so did my family before me. I am the one who has been chosen by God to break this cycle of desperation.

hey, this is a good place to start as any..... at the moment I'm observing everyone on six differant social networking sites and two blogging sites.... I'm making personal notes and designing a strategy of how I can maxumize my memberships and contribute with a uniquic edge...... I'm learning as I read what everyone has to share and today I went to the library and got some of the books that some are selling on amazon for 67.00, for free... so that I can learn and use my limited funds for the best stuff to come...
I'm making my list and writing down my goals and keeping my day job just for now....
soon I'll be a fulltime blogger and network marketer...
